101 for Sailor Jerry’s 101st

Sailor Jerry Brand thew a special event at Fineline tattoo on Friday January 14th to celebrate the 101st anniversary of Sailor Jerry (Normal Collins) birthday, giving out 101 free tattoos to the first 101 people to show. 

In true style, I was lucky number 6 in line (6… 66!) and got myself a lovely TRUE SAILOR JERRY ORIGINAL Sailor’s anchor with protective eagle on my right ankle (with what little room I have left!) and my pal Randy came along and got a traditional shark (in ironic opposition to my tattoo) on his right arm. 

Nicky Digital was there to photograph the event (Nicky Digital dot com). The photos came out great and I got a pretty sweet piece done by MEHAI BAKATY. Lots of fun had by all and free shit handed out left and right.

A fun way to begin the weekend!

Living Dead Girl Returning From The Grave

Good news in the world of Living Dead Girl’s world of trauma and recovery from having my Rn over by BY TWO GIANT WHEELS OF BUS in October.

I saw a specialist last week (after having “it out” with the crappy hospital I was going to) who said i should have started phys therapy a month ago, and to take matters into my own hands. So I found a place that specialized in sports and athletic physical therapy (y’all know me, the gym rat), and I had my first physical therapy session today! It went well and I’ll be going twice a week for probably 6-8 weeks, and and she expects me to make a fantastic recovery and even be running well before we’re over.

Living Dead Girl Modeling will be off the Disabled List before you know it! I’m so happy and existed to report this news to all my fans.

So lesson to you all – fuck low rate hospitals and clinics, when it comes to YOUR BODY, Take matters into your own hands and find the best Drs. To treat you. It’s your body. (Just because someone has a phd doesn’t make them a Dr.)

Living Dead Girl Cheats Death… But On The Disabled List

Hate to say it my lovely fans… but Living Dead Girl Ink is on hiatus from modeling for the time being. Sadly I got my foot run over by a Bus on October 13th (3 days before my birthday – believe me I had a moment of wondering if I’d make it to the 27 club!). I suffered 3 fractures in my foot (2 in my toes and one in my foot in my 2nd metatarsal). My recovery time is approximately 8 weeks total, and it will take me at least a month to get back into shape to get back to modeling again. I have had to postpone all modeling to early to mid January, perhaps sooner if my healing goes well and I am able to exercise hard enough to get back into shape.

Good news about my accident was I had my work boots on, which supported the “integrity of my foot structure” when the bus ran over my foot. So the fractures were only suffered from the top of the boot caving in, and the sole kept the bones from displacing. The Doctors expect me to have a full recovery, but it will take time before I can wear regular shoes again, none the less work out on a stationary bike, treadmill, or wear high heels.

Thank you to all my friends and fans for your support and love in my recovery. And don’t worry, my injury will be … avenged *wink*

Haunting Your Television

Don’t blink… or you’ll miss me on the latest episode of Law & Order SVU! Today’s episode – Double Strands – featured yours truly in the arraignment court, playing a junky (I was originally cast as a hooker, but my punk rock sheik won them over – so I packed a bag of slutty clothes for nothing!).

Go to NBC’s official site for Law & Order SVU or HULU to watch the full episode, and don’t blink during the arraignment court scene, or you might miss me nodding out in the rear bench (a very convincing acting job, since I had to wake up at 4:30 am for a 7am call time!)

Inked Out In New Jersey – and Winning!

My first trip to Mario Barth’s Inked Out NJ Tattoo Convention was – as Bret Michaels would say – Awesome! The house was packed full of tattoo lovers, sans the spotlight whores, and tons of fun all around. Rebel Ink, Skin & Ink, Urban Ink and International Tattoo all yanked me aside for photoshoots (who could resist? Especially rocking my

 new yellow faux hawk emo hair do) and even Ice T wanted a photo with me when I got off stage after competing for Best Color Tattoo (female) with my left leg sleeve by Gene Coffey – which I won 2nd place! (Look ma, I got a trophy!) Ice T’s wife Coco insisted, and who can say no to her!

All in all, one word sums up my first experience at this convention –  in the indelible words of the great Charlie Sheen- Winning (literally)!

Keep your eyes peeled for my photos from the NYC Tattoo convention coming out this fall and winter, and my photos coming out from Inked Out NJ this Spring and early summer. Looks like I’ll be in your local magazine stands year round!

Mackin’ It With Tom Mac

Just when you think I couldn’t get more colorful – along comes Tom Mac to take it to another level! We ran around and took some awesome Renegade images at both St Pat’s Cathedral and Five Points Graffiti Art Collective. Both Romantic and Explosive, the shoot was a total Blast!
